The £250 cashback: To be eligible for the Offer, customers must complete the car purchase and take delivery of the vehicle. Purchase must be completed before midnight on 30/11/2024. The Offer is valid for a limited time and may be subject to change or termination without prior notice. Customers must retain possession of the car for a minimum of 30 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for the cashback. The cashback payment of £250 will be made via an electronic funds transfer to the customer’s designated bank account. Cashback payments will be processed within a reasonable time frame, typically within 30 days after the completion of the 30-day eligibility period. In the event that the car is returned, or a refund is processed within the 30-day eligibility period, the customer will not be eligible for the cashback offer. The Offer is not transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts, unless explicitly stated. The cashback offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of customers and to reject or cancel the cashback payment if any fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions is detected. The initial valuation is subject to a car appraisal and is based on you having correctly confirmed all assumptions listed in the valuation tool. We reserve the right to revise the valuation following the car appraisal. For the avoidance of doubt, the initial valuation is an estimate value and will be confirmed after a physical inspection of the car. A car appraisal is a physical inspection of your car completed at one of our locations. This will cover the internal and external area of the car along with the engine bay and boot. Checks will be completed for illuminated warning lights on the dashboard, and, where necessary, we may ask to inspect the vehicle in one of our workshops. Commercial vehicles are not eligible and are excluded from this part-exchange offer. However, if you are purchasing a commercial vehicle and part-exchanging a retail vehicle, you are eligible to receive the additional £250 inclusive of VAT. If, for any reason, you cancel the purchase of a car and we are unable to return your part exchange to you, you will only be entitled to be paid the final valuation figure, excluding the additional £250.
