We try hard to deliver the vehicle as quickly as possible, or when you need it. During the order process we’ll confirm when this is likely to be. We deliver your new vehicle straight to you, but if you do want to collect it, then we have used vehicles in stock, ready to be collected from one of our service centres across the UK.

Yes, you can cancel your order at any point up until delivery.

Fair wear and tear guidelines differ by funder. But don’t worry, they take into consideration average use of the vehicle during the duration of your lease. Once you’re happy with the vehicle and deal we have found you, we’ll let you know which funder has the best price for you and what their fair wear and tear guidelines are.

The funder. Leasing is a bit like a subscription, you pay a lower monthly fee and hand the vehicle back at the end.

Each funder will have different penalties for this, but it is usually a cost per mile you exceed the total amount for the whole of your lease.

This differs by funder, so it’s best to speak to us about what your options could be.

In the same way you would with a vehicle you own, you’d need to get your vehicle repaired by a reputable supplier. You wouldn’t need to notify the funder unless the vehicle was written off.

Should your vehicle be an ex hire/fleet car please do not be concerned as we would never value this vehicle differently when you come to part exchange it and there is no difference to the CAP valuation either.

You should try and estimate the distance you will travel as accurately as possible to try and avoid excess mileage charges at the end of your contract.
