Hi Lauren! Thanks for speaking to us. When you contacted Hippo, did you know which vehicle you were interested in?

When I contacted Hippo, I was looking at several makes and models. I felt like I needed an impartial view in making my decision, which is why I approached Hippo for further guidance, rather than directly with a manufacturer.

How easy did you find the enquiry process?

Previously, I’ve found the process of buying a car bewildering with multiple options at each step. But not this time. Following my initial enquiry, I was assigned my own Hippo Account Manager.

After that, I was directed to the Hippo Portal where I could see all the cars available that suited my credit profile. It was nice to know exactly which cars I could lease and the exact price I would be paying. Nothing was hidden. It was all clear, which was great when working out my budget.

When you spoke to your Account Manager, did they answer all your questions?

My Account Manager handheld me throughout the whole process. He answered all the questions I had, was very helpful and readily available.

I have to say, having worked in sales myself for many years, the service I received was exceptional.

How easy was it to secure the car you wanted?

Very. I used the Vehicle Portal to find the car I wanted and reserved it in a few clicks. Once I confirmed the vehicle I was looking for, I was provided with a few finance options which were tailored to my credit profile.

My Account Manager and I discussed each option, and the information he gave me helped me decide on which one best suited me. I didn’t think leasing a car could be as simple as a few clicks and a couple of quick phone calls.

How did you find the delivery process?

As we were in the midst of COVID, I felt conscious about my new car’s delivery. However, the process was seamless and safe. Every step was thought through to ensure minimal contact yet I still enjoyed a personable experience.
