The Lexus IS is a luxury medium sized saloon that appeals to those who are interested in economy, super low emissions and the finer things in life.
The engines are one of Lexus’s strong points and you can pick from a 2.5 litre, four cylinder petrol hybrid with is paired with an electric motor that gives economy, real power and keeps the tax man at bay with low Benefit in Kind rates. The Lexus IS 300h, produces 223 bhp and goes from 0-62 mph in a reasonable 8.3 seconds but never feels like it’s straining. Fuel economy is excellent with 76.3 mpg while the 97g/km of CO2 emissions make this engine the standout Lexus IS power plant.
The Lexus IS comes with, count them…7 trims which ranging from the entry level Executive Edition through to the Sport, Advance, F Sport to the flagship Premier while the F Sport has two packs in the form of the Plus pack and Premier Pack. The baseline Exec edition spec still has 18” alloy wheels, a 7” media display with sat nav, heated front seats, a reversing camera and an impressive list of safety equipment.
The Lexus IS is a favourite with company car buyers and it’s no wonder given all the kit and its tax benefits but the IS is an even better deal when you consider that you don’t need to make any down payment with our zero deposit deals.

The Mazda 6 is another understated executive saloon that is a wonderful all-rounder that works as a solid cruiser for those who navigate Britains motorway network regularly but is equally at home on the school run or going on the monthly shop.
When we think of the Mazda 6 we think of solid engineering, understated but pleasing looks and punchy and…there’s that word again..reliable…engines plus the good folk at Mazda have thrown in loads of free, standard kit.
The Skyactive engines come in 2.2 litre and 2.0 litre diesel plus there is a power to burn 2.5 litre petrol version. All make good choices as the engineers really understand the power bands and don’t rely on turbos to give a false sense of power.
Company car drivers will be pleased that the 2.2 litre diesel returns just under 70 mpg and has CO2 emissions that are as low as 107g/km meaning that BIK tax is kept on a leash.
The Mazda 6 has a 5 star NCAP rating and when you pair it with a zero deposit lease deal, it just makes sense.
The Volvo S90 is a large saloon, built for those who want and need to stretch out without feeling in any way closed in as they glide from A to B in a car that has taken a Scandi design chill pill.
Every S90 comes with an automatic gearbox which is smooth and precise and there are so many engines to choose from that you are better of speaking with one of our knowledgeable account managers to narrow down the choice. This large luxury executive vehicle has 3 trim choices, the Momentum, the Inscription and the R-Design but whichever trim you choose you can expect Volvo refinement from its front grill to its rear bumper. The baseline Momentum has stand out 18” alloys, cruise control, drive mode settings (comfort, dynamic and eco),2 zone climate control, a massive 12.3” information display, airbags aplenty, lane assist and, of course, Bluetooth.
The Volvo S90 also has excellent NCAP ratings so you can rest easy that both you and your family are protected by engineers that have safety hard-wired into their DNA.

The Mercedes E class saloon is shorthand for luxury, comfort, reliability, understated class, top-notch engineering and any other praiseworthy description that you want to throw at it.
The Engines come in 3 forms, petrol, diesel and a rather useful hybrid. The hybrid E350e combines a 2.0 litre petrol engine with plug in electric and can get up to 20 miles on electric only. The willing (and relatively quiet) diesels come in 3 versions including a V6 while the range-topping AMG line has V8 and V6 twin turbo engines.
All gearboxes are fully automatic and the E220d can be specified in four wheel drive. The bigger engines are rapid, in the sub 5 seconds space, while the hybrid is outstanding when it comes to efficiency and economy with a frankly awesome 134.5 mpg and 49g/km CO2emissions, impressive for such a large and kit laden saloon.
The E Class Saloon often gets tagged with feeling like a baby version of the flagship S Class but we reckon that does it a disservice as its quite happy to stand on its own filling the space between the C Class saloon and the imposing S Class saloon.
