Hi Sue! Thanks for speaking to us. When you contacted Hippo, did you know which vehicle you were interested in?

There were a few vehicles I wanted to look at. I explained this to my Account Manager and she arranged for me to view and test drive a number of options.

How easy did you find the enquiry process?

Very easy! I conducted my business over email and through the Vehicle Portal. I’m often busy during the day, so being able to speak to my Account Manager over email worked well for me.

Also, once I’d filled out the soft search online application, I could log in to my Vehicle Portal at any time and search through all the cars that suited my credit profile. It was great being able to choose my car at my own pace from home.

Everything was clearly laid out in front of me, and if I had any questions, I knew my Account Manager was only an email away.

Was your Account Manager able to answer all your questions?

Absolutely! She even recommended a number of vehicles that fit my needs I hadn’t thought of myself. She was straight to the point and very informative, which I really appreciated.

How easy was it to secure the car you wanted?

Very easy! After I searched through the Vehicle Portal and decided which cars I wanted to look at, I visited the showroom in Lancashire.

I was a bit sceptical having never bought a car online before. But when I got to Hippo, I needn’t have worried.

The cars I wanted to see were waiting outside for me and they all looked great. Bur after several test drives, I decided which one was right for me and secured it straight away.

How did you find the handover/delivery process?

Brilliant. Once the car had been through Hippo’s thorough checks and valet service, it was all arranged around me and my schedule.

I dropped off my old car and drove off in a shiny new one.

The handover specialist talked me through all the car’s controls and answered all my questions. It was seamless.

Would you recommend leasing a car with Hippo to others?

Absolutely. I’ve already taken advantage of the Introducing A Friend incentive and received a few £50 cheques as a thank you! But even without the incentive, I would now always recommend Hippo, as they make the process so simple and easy.

Now you’ve got your new car, what’s your first plan with it?

I’m going to enjoy this one for a while but I’m already thinking about which car I’ll be going for next!
