Hi Amanda! Thanks for speaking to us. When you contacted Hippo, did you know which vehicle you were interested in?

I did. I knew which car I was looking for even though it wasn’t the car I really wanted. It was just the right one for my circumstances at the time.

How easy did you find the enquiry process?

The enquiry process was very easy. Once I contacted Hippo and answered a few questions, I was sent my personalised link to their online Vehicle Portal. On there, I could search through deals that suited my financial circumstance, including cars I hadn’t noticed on the website. The number of vehicles was incredible, and that’s when it happened.

I found the car I’d always wanted, and it was within my budget. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve searched everywhere for this car, and I finally managed to find it at Hippo. Safe to say, I was over the moon.

So you didn’t end up leasing the car your originally wanted?

No, the car I initially saw at Hippo I didn’t get in the end. I got a better one and I love it. And it was really easy to lease, too.

Because I’d spoken to the team beforehand, all it took was a few clicks and it was mine. I couldn’t believe how fast and simple it all was.

I managed to speak to my Account Manager, find my car and order it online all within a couple of hours, and I didn’t even have to leave my house.

How did you find the handover process?

The handover was very straight forward. I was given a handover slot that was reserved just for me a few days before, and when I arrived, my Handover Specialist was waiting for me.

She showed me to my new car and gave me the chance to check everything over.

She answered all my questions, then, once I was happy, handed me the keys and off I went. Not before having a lovely cup of hot chocolate in the showroom, though.

Yes, we love the hot chocolate, too! So, would you recommend leasing a car with Hippo to others?

Yes! I would definitely recommend Hippo to others. In fact, the week after I collected mine, I told a friend about Hippo and how impressive, easy and safe it was to lease a car online. A few days later, he told me he’d done the exact same.

We’re now both looking forward to going back in a few years for our next ones!
