HIPPO COVID-19 Company Update

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement on Monday evening – 23.03.2020 – we have, of course, taken the decision to temporarily close as per the COVID-19 protocols.

That being said, some of our team are working from home, meaning you still can place an enquiry on any vehicle you’re interested in and we’ll get back to you. However, we kindly ask you to allow for a longer response time than usual during this period. 

If You’ve Placed An Order With Us Recently

If you’ve placed an order with us recently and it’s financed or paid for, but you have not yet received the vehicle, we’ll be in touch with you directly very soon to discuss what happens next. 

Likewise, if you have placed an order and the finance company is yet to pay out; we’ll contact you to discuss your options. At this point, most of the finance providers we work with are still operating but making plans to work from home, so there may be a slight delay in confirming your funding is in place.

If You’ve Placed An Enquiry With Us

If you have an enquiry in process and are dealing with one of our account managers, we are currently working to ensure our staff can continue to serve your needs from home.

We’re hoping that in a few days we’ll be able to offer a reservation service. Meaning that when the government’s directives change, you can collect or have the vehicle delivered to your home almost immediately. 

If Your Car Is Coming To The End Of Its Term

If you have a car coming to the end of its finance term and need a replacement, please initially contact the finance company your agreement is with. They will be able to advise you on your options during this time.

However, once directives change from the government and we reopen, we will, of course, try to help you find your next new or used vehicle.
