Now you've submitted your application, you're probably wondering what happens next.
Here's a quick breakdown of the process, where we'll:

Find you a lender

We'll begin by searching for the right lender for your circumstances. If you have excellent credit, we'll work with top-tier lenders to try and find you the best deal. If you have bad credit or different financial circumstances, we'll use our panel of trusted specialist lenders to try and secure you the best approval.

We will get in touch

We want to speak to you to discuss all options available to you when buying a car. As well as leasing, we also give you the option of finance on most of our cars, and we want to make sure you are aware of all the pros and cons when purchasing. If you're approved, one of our account managers will be in touch shortly.

Help you find your dream vehicle

Once we've found you the right vehicle on the perfect finance type, with a delivery or collection time to suit you, then we can go ahead and order your new car. We'll need you to provide additional information to complete a full credit search with the lender and then we'll need you to sign your e-sign documents.

If you applied for car finance (in or out of hours), you'll get a decision sent to your inbox within 30 minutes.*

*If you haven't had a decision within that time then we will need some more information and someone will be in touch

Help you find your dream vehicle

Once you have spoken to your dedicated account manager, you'll also receive a link to the MyHippo vehicle portal. This is where you can browse 1000s of vehicles and deals that have been tailored to your wants, needs and acceptance. From there, you can reserve your dream vehicle and organise collection or delivery at a time to suit you.
At this point the lender will need to conduct a hard credit search to confirm your eligibility.
