Rolls-Royce has become a by word for quality. So, it’s not really surprising when you consider the Rolls – Royce legacy and the special vehicles it produces today, namely: The ‘Phantom’, the new ‘Cullinan’, the ‘Ghost’ and the ‘Wraith’.
This is the eight generation of the Phantom, a car sitting at the top of the super-luxury vehicle class with a 6.7-litre V12 engine that is smooth as silk, an almost silent cabin and the best materials from around the world crafted and assembled in Goodwood, West Sussex.
The new Cullinan looks like a massive SUV or high sided vehicle as Rolls prefer to call it and is named after the largest clear-cut diamond in the World and it certainly sparkles in picture and brief reviews prior to its anticipated launch in 2019. The Ghost is famous in its own right and its understated shape (everything is relative) elicits nodding admiration from onlookers but it really is a wolf in sheep’s clothing in that its V12 engine can push it from 0-62 mph in 4.6 seconds.
